Lindsey E. Wilkinson provides clients with a broad range of legal services concerning wills, trusts, estate-related litigation, guardianships, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

In 2021, Lindsey was published by the American Bar Association’s Property and Probate Magazine for an article on the importance of living wills and advance directives. She worked as a fiduciary litigation associate at an Am Law 100 law firm. She has experience advising clients of all income levels, including high-net worth.
Demonstrated Dedication to Pro Bono Legal Service
Between 2018 and 2019, Lindsey volunteered at the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project of Philadelphia and Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia. In 2018, the Villanova Law Review published an Lindsey's article about a federal Ninth Circuit case on the rights of child slaves to sue cocoa plantations in Africa; a case that went to the United States Supreme Court.

Lindsey has drafted over 100 judicial opinions
Lindsey served in judicial clerkships for the Hon. Lillian Harris Ransom of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania (2016-2017) and the Hon. Gail A. Weilheimer of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (2019-2021). She also held a summer externship for Chief Judge Juan Sanchez of the federal United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Lindsey's experience with judges gives her keen insight to litigation and problem solving.
